We have 14 apartments across four floors: studios (52 m²), large one-bedroom apartments (87–89 m²), and two-bedroom apartments (92 m²). All apartments have private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and separate bathrooms.

Yes — every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, hob, and all necessary cookware. The kitchens are designed for real cooking, not just occasional use.

The Molos seafront promenade is a 2-minute walk. The Old Port Marina is a 3-minute walk. The area offers excellent walking, jogging, and cycling along the open waterfront.

Larnaca International Airport is approximately 70 km away (45–50 minutes by car or taxi). Paphos International Airport is approximately 60 km to the west (around 40–45 minutes).

Yes — private parking is integrated directly into the building. Guests can arrive and depart without any parking inconvenience. Please mention your vehicle on arrival so we can assign your space.

Very much so. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop 100 m, restaurants and cafés within 2 minutes, pharmacy within 1–2 minutes, and the seafront in 2 minutes. This is one of the most walkable locations in Limassol.
