The west-facing one-bedroom is the layout we repeat most often, and the one most guests end up in. At 52 m² it holds a separate bedroom, a full living and dining area, a complete kitchen, and a private balcony — without any of it feeling squeezed. Because the same plan sits on the first, second, and third floors, the only real difference between the three is how far up you are and how much of the street noise falls away. Afternoon and evening light comes in from the west, which makes it the warmer of our two one-bedroom orientations.
